For online payments, such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, PayPal and CashU, the membership will be effected within 12 hours, upon receipt of successful payment confirmation.

For payments through Associate Partners and Western Union, the membership would be upgraded within 24 hours, upon receipt payment information.

For payments through Check / Demand Draft and Wire transfer the membership would be upgraded upon realization of the payment.

Time frame required for upgradation of membership for each mode of payment is indicated above. According to the payment mode, upgradation of Membership status will be done.

If you have sent us your payment via demand draft / check / wire transfer it is possible that we have not received the payment yet. Your Paid Membership will be activated only once we receive the payment. We will notify via email you once we receive payment and activate your Paid Membership. So please be patient.

Optionally, if you made payment via your credit card online, and your account is still not active, then it is possible that we suspect a violation of our service agreement or require some more information from you. Also, it sometimes takes up to 12 hours for notification to reach us. Once again, we will get in touch with you via email regarding the status of your account so please be patient.

If you realize a delay in upgrade of membership for more than 24 hours, do not hesitate to contact our Customer support, clearly mentioning your mode of payment and payment details.

Yes, once your membership upgraded to Paid Membership our system will send you an email of confirmation.

Since Nikah.com allows it's members to communicate with other members before they pay, we generally do not refund membership fees. This policy while providing value for money for Nikah.com members also ensures that the company is protected. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of Nikah.com management.
