In order to fulfill their wishes by having regional representatives in different parts of the world, and in our aim to upgrade and expand our scope to meet our future demand of matrimonial services, Nikah.com invites applications from prospective concerns / persons to act as our Franchisees to receive payments from members on behalf of Nikah.com and to earn for themselves money on a commission basis up to 20% on each and every payment they receive. |

How it works? |

It's remarkably easy! |
| |
1. Upon acceptance of Franchise and receipt of security deposit, you will have to purchase USD 200.00 worth of subscription on Nikah.com. Once you have subscribed the services of Nikah.com, your contact details will be made available on Nikah.com's site under payments section or any other relevant section in Nikah.com, so that prospective members in your region, who wish to subscribe or upgrade their membership may contact you and pay their subscription money to you.
2. Once you received the payment on our behalf, you should intimate Nikah.com within a time frame of 24 hours, so that their membership is upgraded without delay.
3. Upon payment notification from you, we will deduct 80% of the money from your subscribed membership amount. You as a Franchisee will retain 20% subscription money as commission.

Requirements for becoming a Franchisee: |

Deposit : One-time Refundable deposit of USD 250.00 |
| |
|
|
Subscribe : An advance subscription amount of $ 200 as deposit for debiting 80% of membership fee received by you from members
|

For instance, if a member upgrades his/her membership for one year by giving you the amount equal of USD 60 (equivalent in your local currency), after allowing your commission of USD 12 (equivalent in your local currency), the balance subscription amount of $.48 (equivalent in your local currency) will be deducted from your deposit amount of $ 250. Every time a new Member pays subscription fee to you, after allowing your 20% commission, the balance 80% amount will be deducted from your balance of deposit amount available in your account. |

Contacts : You should have a permanent contact address, phone no., bank account with facilities for accepting different modes of payments on our behalf, such as Drafts, check, cash, money orders, etc. Payments through cheque will be made in your favour by our members. |

Recharge : When your deposit amount reaches $ 50, you should replenish the amount by making payment of balance amount $ 150 to maintain the minimum balance of $ 250 to enable Nikah.com to deduct 80% of membership fee as and when you receive membership fee from new members. |

Door Payment : Franchisees in India and Pakistan should have resources to collect door payment within city level. |
